Duraiton Time -- several scenarios considered: (1) if protocol created from scratch, pass initial exp. duration from Speeds; then, if changed from inside the Report structure, fix the updated value and do NOT put value from Speeds; (2) When protocol loaded from DB, put existing in DB Exp. duraiton for given Report structure; if changed, update and stick to that value irrespective of what is in Speeds...
